Have you ever called a bathroom products supplier and immediately their tone on the phone made you feel like you (a potential customer) was ‘bothering’ them? Maybe your job was too small. Or you aren’t very knowledgeable. It was obvious they wanted to ‘punt’ you (and stop answering your long list of questions) ASAP! They had ‘bigger fish to fry’ – so to speak – and you weren’t feeling like an ‘important fish’ to them!

There were signs things were ‘off’ from the beginning. As you look back now, the clues you had a P.I.A. customer were apparent as early as your initial phone call and design appointment. Sure – these people are difficult (you said to yourself), but it’ll get better once I’m on the job.
