    • Wide range of sizes and shapes to do whatever project you’d like

Would you like a frosted, curved glass block wall to convert a tub into a walk-in shower? How about an L shaped 90-degree angle wall to make a space-age bar in your basement? Or bring in colored light with a multi-colored glass block window. These options are possible with different block sizes and shapes.

    • Home privacy never looked so good

It’s getting harder to feel safe in your home. However, with frosted glass blocks you’ll feel secure and have peace of mind with the ruggedness of a glass block window. You don’t need to sacrifice natural light to get the privacy you want.

How to Fabricate & Install Colored, Frosted and Patterned Glass Block Windows and Walls

What good does buying any glass block unless you can get someone to install the system for you (or you’re adventuresome enough to DIY it yourself.)

With the Protect All prefabricated window or shower system, it’s as simple to install glass blocks as it is for a little kid to put together LEGO blocks. And a simple prefabrication system makes a high quality glass block installation possible. Prefabricated and colored glass block windows, walls and shower systems make it straightforward for do-it-yourself homeowner (DIY), small contractor, interior designer and architect to work with this product.

Protect All Frameless Glass Block Windows

If you have a replacement window project the frameless glass block windows work best because they off the most sizing flexibility.

Protect All Vinyl Framed Glass Block Windows

If you’re looking at a new construction project with colored glass blocks, the vinyl framed windows are perfect. Give us your rough opening sizes and we’ll build a vinyl framed nailing fin window which can be nailed in like a new construction window.

Protect All Glass Block Shower Wall Sections with Premade Solid Surface or Ready for Tile Shower Pans

Take the guesswork out of a colored glass block shower in 3 simple steps.

Step 1) Innovate shower designers will figure out the size and shape of glass block wall using layout cards. And if you’d like we’ll email these cards to you so you can ‘see’ how your glass block shower will ‘live’ in your bathroom.

Step 2) Your clear or colored glass block wall will be prefabricated in simple to install sections (most weigh between 40 to 60 lbs.). They install like LEGO blocks. You (or your contractor) will stack one section on another.

Step 3) Order a solid surface or ready for tile shower pan custom designed to fit your colored (or clear) glass block wall sections.

Frequently Asked Questions Colored, Frosted & Pattern Glass Blocks

What colored, frosted and patterned glass block sizes are available?

All the frosted and colored glass blocks are made in a 7 1/2″ x 7 1/2″ x 3 1/8″ size. Note – these are a metric-sized blocks and cannot be used with American sized blocks.

Can I combine the blocks in the 3 ‘Euro series’ together?

Yes and no. Since the ‘group 2’ blocks (bold shades) group is only for interior uses – you won’t want to use it with the other 2 series for a window project. For interior glass block showers – you can use all 3 series of blocks together.

What are the best ways to finish off the ends of a glass block wall?

The best way to finish off the end of a glass block wall is with a finished bullnose end block. Although there are 4 different colored glass block ends, there are many colors which are not available with finished ends. In these cases use a solid surface or granite cap to finish off the end.

How are the glass block windows and wall assembled? Can this project be done by a do it yourself or a contractor working with the material for the first time?

Since the glass block walls are assembled with pre-made vinyl strips with the Protect All fabrication system, they’re simple to install. You simple stack one section on another (even if the sections are curved).

Glass block windows are made as complete sections (with or without a frame). They are a simple, modular installation. You won’t need to waste time (and spend a bunch of money) hiring an expensive mason who will install them block by block. The prefab method is not only quicker, but you’ll have smaller joints and install if far less time (saving you money).
